About Business Training Services

Business Training Services
Businesses are only as successful as their owners and managers. In an ever-changing world it is essential that you actively build your management capabilities. Following the cessation of the NZ Trade & Enterprise program, Enterprise Training Program (ETP) in 2010 a new program is being developed to assist business owners and managers.

New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) is currently implementing a nationwide network of regional partner organisations that will assess local businesses. They will then point businesses to development services that meet their needs and may provide capability vouchers to eligible businesses to partially cover the cost of these services.

The aim is to make it easier for small business owners and managers to understand what steps they should take to grow their business, and where to find information and assistance to do so.

This network of regional partners is expected to be operating in most regions from the end of September 2010.
