To be eligible, you must be an owner/operator or manager of a small or medium enterprise(SME).

SMEs are defined as having the following characteristics:

  • Are personally owned
  • Have few, if any, specialised managerial staff
  • Have less than 50 full time staff (FTE)
  • Are commercially trading
  • Are not part of a larger business enterprise

The following groups are also eligible for specific Services:

Export Training:

  • Have more than 50 FTEs
  • Are seeking to develop or grow their export activities

Investment Ready(IR):

  • Are not yet trading, or have more than 50 FTEs
  • Are seeking capital to expand, diversify or commercialise a new concept
  • Are not registered unemployed.(please complete section 2 only)
